• Manage the Daily Helpdesk mailbox and process requests per procedures.
• Process User Registration Agreements and upload documentation into Workforce Manager and Clearinghouse.
• Process personal and demographic information updates and maintain accurate records.
• Identify system issues and submit detailed requests to Clearinghouse Support for resolution.
