Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Cayce, SC seeks a Maintenance Tech III on 2nd shift to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure reliable operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, support safety and quality standards, and coordinate with teams and contractors. The role requires 4+ years in industrial maintenance or 6 years without diploma, with PLC/CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in instrumentation, measurement and control systems, electronics, mechanical, or electrical maintenance; or 6 years in lieu of a diploma.
• Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing process controls.
• Strong knowledge of equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to maintain operational reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, installations, and fabrication to improve performance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and restore production operations promptly.
• Operate maintenance tools, lifts, forklifts, and related equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in maintenance systems.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.
