Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to approved recipes.
• Monitor dough characteristics for consistent quality.
• Manage ingredient inventory, lot traceability, and usage.
• Coordinate mixing with line requirements to support production.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and batch records.
• Keep work areas and equipment sanitary and food-safe.
