Job Title: Pharmacy Back-Up Hourly Supervisor

In the absence of the Pharmacy Hourly Supervisor, and as dictated by the needs of the business, the Pharmacy Back-Up Hourly Supervisor will provide supervision and direction to Central Fill production staff. The role guarantees accurate, timely, and safe completion of all operational activities at the pharmacy central fill facility. The supervisor will role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of pharmacy technician training.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware issues.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Systems.
  • Associate's Degree.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the duties of a Level 3 technician as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards daily.
  • Use workload balancing, scheduling, training, troubleshooting, and performance feedback to meet production goals.
  • Utilize Dashboard and Monitoring Tools to maximize daily production and meet scheduled departure times.
  • Use INFRA Reporting System to report EPRN issues.
  • Communicate potential production issues to leadership regularly.
  • Coordinate and coach pharmacy technicians to achieve business objectives.
  • Resolve basic hardware issues during daily operations.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and security, maintaining confidentiality of all company and patient information.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports as needed.
  • Perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
