Job Overview

Securitas is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor Officer with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in Bordentown, NJ. This position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends, with a pay rate of $19.00/hour. A $500 bonus will be awarded after 45 days of employment, provided the employee remains in good standing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, completing rounds, and filing reports.
• Coach, discipline, and train staff; conduct performance reviews and document actions.
• Assist in scheduling and coverage of posts; ensure adequate staffing.
• Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and meet with subordinates to discuss responsibilities.
• Coordinate with client representatives to ensure security needs are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and addressing employee issues.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed, including mobile and foot patrols, outdoor work, and logistics operations like ID checks.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable communication device (pager or phone)
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening (drug test, background check)
