Position Overview

Securitas is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor Officer with at least 2 years in a supervisory security role in Bordentown, NJ. The role involves overseeing security personnel, ensuring compliance with post orders, and providing excellent customer service. Availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends, is required. Compensation is $19.00/hour, with a $500 bonus after 45 days and good standing.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and reports are filed.
  2. Coach, discipline, and train personnel; review post details and assignments.
  3. Assist with payroll and personnel reporting.
  4. Coordinate with management to ensure adequate staffing.
  5. Prepare and submit reports; inspect posts and meet with staff.
  6. Engage with client representatives to ensure security standards and customer satisfaction.
  7. Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.
  8. May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
  9. Experience in Customer Service or Security preferred, including logistics, mobile, and foot patrols in outdoor environments.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable communication means (phone or pager)
  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background check
  • Ability to verify 7 years of work history
