Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a 2nd shift Team Leader for an industrial manufacturing environment to support daily production on the assembly line. You will supervise a team of 10–15 associates, prioritize activities with the Area Supervisor, and drive quality, safety, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or CNC machine operation preferred.
• Ability to coordinate tasks of others (10–15 people) and support training and cross-training initiatives.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to work overtime and be flexible to work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to manage and prioritize daily assembly line activities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of associates (10–15 people), ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Implement and promote BPS principles to support continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and SHS to guide accurate assembly and testing.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, manage non-conforming materials, and rework as needed.
