Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Team Lead for the 2nd shift in West Point, GA. This hands-on leadership role directs a manufacturing team, champions safety and quality, and coordinates daily production activities to meet goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong training and coaching skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience leading, training, or directing production staff.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and support to the production team.
• Monitor operations and maintain efficient workflow.
• Train new and existing employees and maintain training records.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
• Identify obstacles and collaborate to resolve issues; drive improvements.
