Job summary

The Toro Company in Windom, MN is hiring a 2nd Shift Assembly Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will assign tasks, monitor production, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We seek a collaborative leader with a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing leadership, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; SAP/Kronos/Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations manufacturing with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse teams.
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with process improvement and lean concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity goals.
• Monitor production activity, identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership and other supervisors to align processes with objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach team members.
