Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Natchitoches, LA facility. You will lead a 20–30 person assembly team, oversee daily operations, and ensure on-time production with high quality and safety standards.

You’ll work with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvements. The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing leadership (or 5+ years non-leadership) and strong Excel/Word skills, plus KRONOS experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) year Associate's Degree plus two (2) years of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities, or over five (5+) years’ experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience with KRONOS (timekeeping) and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the activities of assembly line workers to ensure smooth production operations, adherence to schedules, and achievement of production targets.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency, identify bottlenecks and address disruptions for optimal productivity.
• Train, mentor and develop assembly team members on best practices, safety, and quality standards.
