Job summary

The Toro Company in Minnesota is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production activities, assign work, and drive performance across the shift.

In this role you will partner with site leadership to enforce safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while developing your team and meeting production goals. The position emphasizes communication and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience in supervisory or team-lead role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity.
• Monitor production activity, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align processes with objectives.
• Ensure adherence to TTC standards, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement initiatives with the team.
• Support team development and accountability for performance.
