Job summary
The Toro Company in Windom, MN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensure safety and accuracy, and drive on-time delivery. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping across shifts, and deploy resources to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with at least 3 years in leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
- Experience with SAP/WMS and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping across all shifts.
- Establish daily priorities and deploy resources to meet safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions for improved performance.
- Hire, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse employees.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
