Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Martin, TN is seeking an assembler for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12am). You will perform production duties, set up workstation, assist in changeovers, and visually inspect in-process and finished parts.

The role requires safety and quality adherence, basic problem solving, ability to lift 30 lbs, use hand tools, and strong communication. ISO and Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Ability to use required hand tools and air guns.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing Standards.

Responsibilities

• Production duties as assigned by Team Coach and Team Leader.
• Set up workstation and assist in changeovers.
• Perform visual inspection of work in process and finished parts.
• Check parts with fixtures and gauges and ensure safe operation of equipment.
