Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Assembler I for the Mequon, Wisconsin facility. This on-site, full-time role on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) involves varied electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks and adherence to documented procedures.

Starting pay depends on experience, with overtime typically around 20 hours per week. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow documented work instructions and bill of materials.
• Conduct hand soldering and cable harnessing as required.
• Set up and adjust processes to blueprint specifications.
• Overtime is routinely required (about 20 hours/week).
