Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Mequon, Wisconsin, is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Utility 4 for the second shift (M-F, 2:00PM–10:00PM). The role sets up and operates automatic and semi-automatic machines for PCB production, following process sheets and supervisor instructions.

You will troubleshoot and program equipment, coordinate production, and help train teammates while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates SMT/PCB production lines and machines.
• Troubleshoots and programs equipment; drives systemic improvements.
• Coordinates production, prioritizes orders, and provides updates.
• Assists in training and onboarding by updating curriculum.
• Works with Surface Mount Technologies and related processes for final product creation.
