GE Aerospace in Loves Park is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will oversee about 20 hourly workers across machining, assembly and lab functions, mentoring team members and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will partner with planning to meet customer commitments, apply lean methods, and train staff on standard work. Strong decision-making and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year professional experience, or an associate’s degree with 3 years, or a high school diploma with 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced operating environment.
• Experience leading daily operations and driving process improvements.
