You will oversee production teams, enforce quality standards, manage scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in manufacturing software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong safety leadership and safety-first culture.
• Deep knowledge of production scheduling, lean, and QA.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with manufacturing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of employees to achieve operational goals and targets.
• Plan and schedule work assignments to ensure optimal resource utilization and meet production demands.
• Enforce quality control measures and aerospace industry regulations; conduct regular inspections.
• Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Communicate updates and outcomes to the Operations Manager with regular reporting.
• Address operational challenges promptly with effective solutions and timely escalation when needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to meet production requirements.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and professional conduct.
