Job summary

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing hourly employees.
• Coaches and develops hourly employees, leading by example.
• Develop new solutions under guidance in a team setting.
• Specifies needs, communicates project approach and presents outcomes.
• Works with business leadership at LPB, SPB and EB levels; cross-functional teams.
• Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
• Resolves issues using established procedures and policies; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues; develop customer relationships; interface between customer and GE.
• Other duties as assigned.
