RTX's Collins Aerospace division is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Operations Supervisor to lead overnight production, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. You will provide coaching for hourly staff and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials to resolve production challenges.

The role emphasizes accountability, data-driven decision making, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years in related role.
• Experience supervising teams and driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise 3rd shift production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and development for hourly employees and team leads.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance management, and development for the overnight shift.
• Make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
