The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, staffing optimization, and cross‑functional problem solving with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance. You will ensure regulatory compliance, proper training, and use of SAP for data‑driven decisions,

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of related experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading a unionized team and coordinating second shift operations.
• Knowledge of FAA‑acceptable procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 30‑member union workforce on second shift to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Oversee daily operations, prioritize work, and ensure on‑time delivery and customer service.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to meet TAT targets and efficiency objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce costs and improve processes.
