Challenge Manufacturing’s Holland, MI plant is seeking a 2nd shift stamping press operator to run and monitor up to 800-ton presses. You will load blanks, verify JES and production orders, perform quality checks, and document results in Plex ERP.

The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds, with occasional heavier objects assisted. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, an HSA, FSA, disability and life insurance

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous stamping press operation experience preferred.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and perform essential duties, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping press and monitor runs to meet production orders and JES specs.
• Load correct blanks and positions in stamping press to produce quality parts.
• Perform quality checks and record data in Plex ERP and operator inspection sheets.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area and complete required paperwork.
• Cross-train on other work centers as needed to support plant flow.
