Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist II for 2nd or 3rd shift with 3+ years of experience. You will operate CNC machines, set up parts, and maintain strict quality and safety standards while following GMP/GDP guidelines.

The role emphasizes progressive machining, tool wear management, routine maintenance, and accurate documentation. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.
• Experience in a production environment is desirable.
• UK GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only)

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances.
• Perform progressive machining of parts and different metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and PM scheduling.
• Document activities in job tracking system and follow GMP/GDP.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in work area.
• Identify and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
