Job summary

IT Availability LLC is seeking a mission-focused Intelligence Operations/Collections Specialist to monitor critical national security systems 24x7 and provide operational support. You will evaluate performance, respond to anomalies, and coordinate with external partners to ensure timely issue resolution in a secure environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience with Node.js, Python, databases, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to work in a high-stakes, secure environment adhering to strict security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for interfacing with team members and external mission segments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems 24x7 for status of resources, schedules, tasks, and activities.
• Ensure operational execution and response to non-nominal conditions per procedures.
• Evaluate impacts of anomalous events; coordinate with external segments and input findings into shared tools.
• Assess impact of outages to customers and coordinate tracking and reporting.
• Provide 24x7 mission support to system users via phone, email, outage tools, and other software.
• Log customer-reported problems and track through resolution.
• Document mission-related communications with appropriate teams.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
