Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified specialist to support a 24x7 watch center performing SIGINT development analytic support.

An active TS/SCI w/Polygraph is REQUIRED for consideration, with shifts including days, evenings, and nights to cover 24x7 operations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer computers and networks, ensuring data and voice communications over IP, and following SOPs to optimize access and information flow for national decision makers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within last 7 years, at least 3 years with modern digital/optical telecom systems and protocols, telephony switching, or internet communications.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations.
• Maintain customer computers and networks to ensure data collection, processing and transmission for national decision makers.
• Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses.
• Focus on data and voice communications over IP (DNR, DNI, and related technologies).
• Be flexible with shift schedules to ensure mission coverage.
