Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. seeks a mission-focused specialist to join our 24x7 watch center supporting national decision makers. You will maintain servers and networks, ensuring data collection and transmission critical to operations.

The role covers DNR/DNI dataflow, IP communications tech, and shift coverage across day, swing, and night rotations, including weekends and holidays. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance required.
• 5+ years of SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within 7 years, 5 years with modern digital/optical telecom systems/protocols.
• Linux command-line experience.
• FORNSAT experience required.
• Front-end collection systems, survey systems.
• DNR/DNI collection and dataflow with FOP configuration; basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow SOPs and update documentation.
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations.
• Maintain customer computers and networks to ensure collection, processing and transmission of information vital to national decision makers and troops.
• Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses.
• Work with data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other IP technologies.
• Support varying schedules to ensure mission coverage in a 24x7 role.
• Shifts include day, swing and mid shifts, with weekends and holidays.
