Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Operations Monitor to support a 24x7 government mission. You will monitor mission systems, maintain situational awareness, identify anomalies, and ensure timely notifications and escalations to Government personnel and technical support teams.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and the ability to document events, coordinate with teams, and brief customers on status and impacts. On-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance.
• Experience in 24x7 operations, watch floor, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational systems and mission status in a 24x7 environment.
• Identify anomalies and document events with logs and reporting tools.
• Notify Government personnel and technical teams of issues and escalations.
• Brief Government customers on status and impacts as required.
• Maintain shift turnover and operational logs.
