Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide call centers and operations support to maintain communications between SNS and stakeholders.
Review and document incoming communications; prepare reports and emails for Government review.
Track and log calls, faxes, and emails using established logs and SNS system.
Monitor designated mailboxes and notify personnel for follow-up actions.
Provide summaries of public news and media developments to Government personnel.
Operate OPS application systems and remote devices per procedures and directions.
Route operational communications according to escalation protocols.
Inform callers about SNS programs and refer inquiries as required.
