Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist in Little Rock, AR. This role leads protection efforts for people, property, and data within a designated building and supports the operational security program.

The SLP Specialist reports to the Cluster Manager and collaborates with internal and external teams to mitigate risk, conduct audits, and ensure compliance across shifts and locations. 24/7 coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Amazon or 1+ year in security/loss prevention/asset protection/investigations.
• 1+ year experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Workplace incident mitigation, de-escalation and business continuity experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare written reports of theft, fraud, and incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring legal/ethical standards.
• Serve as liaison and SME for site leadership on issues, strategies and performance.
• Develop alarm reduction strategies and diagnose system issues with partners.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and work diverse shifts including nights and weekends.
