Job summary

RES is seeking an experienced Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor in Denver to lead 24/7 control-room operations for renewable generation and storage assets. You will supervise operators, coordinate with field teams, and ensure safe, reliable grid operations while meeting regulatory requirements.

This role involves five days in the office, strong leadership, and hands-on incident management, including alarm handling, dispatch coordination, and post-event reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power generation or renewable energy operations
• 5+ years control room operations experience
• 5+ years with SCADA/EMS/HMI and NERC standards
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Domestic travel 5-15% required

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 OCC operations and lead control-room staff
• Coordinate with field techs, grid operators, and management
• Ensure compliance with dispatch Instructions and grid requirements
• Respond to alarms, outages, and events; manage incident reviews
• Maintain logs and reports; participate in audits
