Job summary

EDF power solutions North America in Bloomington, MN seeks an OCC Supervisor to lead the Operations Control Center, directing workflow, supervising 24/7 staff, and ensuring safe, reliable generation from renewable assets. You will monitor SCADA systems, coordinate with maintenance, and maintain regulatory compliance to minimize outages and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years supervisory experience in 24/7 power plant environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer, networking and SCADA skills.
• Familiarity with NERC, FERC and system operator requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff in monitoring and identifying performance issues to maximize productivity.
• Maintain OCC operation records and staff status.
• Be on-call for emergencies and support shift changes as required.
• Ensure procedures, policies and personnel cooperate to serve OCC customers.
• Train staff on guidelines and ensure adherence.
• Provide supervision within a 24/7 multi-shift environment.
