Renewable Energy Systems Ltd in Denver, CO, is seeking an OCC Supervisor to lead a 24/7 control room. You will supervise operators, coordinate with field teams, and ensure assets operate safely and in compliance with grid requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive experience with SCADA/EMS/HMI, and knowledge of NERC standards. The position involves in-office work five days a week and close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years power generation or renewable energy operations experience.
• 5+ years control room operations experience.
• 5+ years with SCADA/EMS/HMI or similar systems.
• Knowledge of NERC reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 control-room operations and ensure safe, reliable energy delivery.
• Coordinate with field technicians, grid operators, and maintenance teams.
• Lead incident response, alarm management, and post-event reviews.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
