Job summary

Res Group is seeking an Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor to lead 24/7 control-room operations for renewable assets. You will supervise operators, coordinate with field teams, and respond to events to meet grid and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, experience with SCADA/EMS/HMI, and adherence to safety and escalation procedures, with five in-office days per week in Denver.

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors control-room operators on rotating shifts.
• Oversees day-to-day and 24/7 control-room operations for renewables.
• Follows NERC reliability standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 OCC operations to ensure safe, reliable grid performance.
• Coordinate with field technicians, grid operators, and management.
• Respond to alarms, outages, and system disturbances with escalation as needed.
• Conduct post-event reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper switching, isolation, and work-clearance procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and event records.
