Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks an experienced leader to oversee the Operations Control Center (OCC) with responsibility for real-time monitoring of renewable sites under the OCC’s scope. You will report to the Operational Technologies Director, ensuring regulatory compliance, performance improvements, and profitable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10 years in real-time control room; 5+ years in management; renewable energy preferred.
• Experience with high voltage systems and transmission networks; knowledge of NERC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the OCC.
• Maintain 24/7 shift schedule and ensure real-time operations.
• Set strategy for the control center and define goals.
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure productive operations.
• Ensure OCC adherence to compliance standards and customer requirements.
• Oversee delivery of control room services and KPI reporting.
• Manage OCC staffing, scheduling, and personnel actions.
• Coordinate onboarding training and operator qualifications.
