Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Personal Property Specialist to support a 24/7/365 program with accurate inventory management, safe handling of personal property, and clear cross-functional communication across departments. The role emphasizes security, safekeeping, and proper inventory practices in a demanding environment.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires 1–2 years of related experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, US citizenship, and the ability to pass an SSBI background

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related job experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• US Citizen required.
• Must have lived in the US for 3 of the past 5 years.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Ability to pass an SSBI government background investigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard, store, and log property into property accounting system.
• Accurately retrieve and issue property.
• Assist in managing/investigating/reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts.
• Send inventory-related communications to all appropriate parties and cross-functional teams.
