SOSi is seeking aTeam Leadto support a 24/7/365 program, who will be responsible for managing day-to-day shift. The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow by coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and assisting with issue resolution during assigned shifts. Additionally, the Team Lead will act as a liaison between Data Analysts and Data Coordinators, facilitating effective communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, and promoting collaboration across functions. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to maintain operational continuity and uphold program standards.
