Overview

SOSi is seeking aShift Supervisorfor a24/7/365 program, who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of data collection teams and analysts. This includes managing team schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting of data and operational metrics. The supervisor will coordinate workflow, provide guidance and support to team members, and collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires monitoring data quality, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Maintain schedules to ensure maximum efficiency

• Provide direct oversite for data collections team members and Team Leads
• Coordinate with field verification teams
• Draft and maintain administrative paperwork and reports
• Double check work products for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be a US Citizen
