Advocate Health is seeking a healthcare operations supervisor to oversee daily site operations with 24/7 accountability. You will lead staff, delegate tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels while aligning with department and facility goals.

You will collaborate with PAS, IS, finance and leadership to standardize policies, monitor billing accuracy, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and revenue cycle performance. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HIPAA compliance and patient data privacy experience.
• Experience with patient admitting software and PAS systems.
• Leadership experience supervising staff in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage daily operations at assigned sites with 24-hour accountability.
• Set short and long-term goals with department leadership.
• Standardize policies and processes across departments.
• Resolve issues involving hospital business office billing.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve processes and quality.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Manage departmental costs and revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate staff training for PAS software updates.
• Maintain knowledge of government rules and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform HR responsibilities including coaching, performance reviews, and staffing decisions.
