Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Data Center Technician to identify upgrade opportunities, validate cabling, and oversee ticketing workflows. You will mentor junior technicians, implement technical solutions, and ensure changes comply with SOPs and MOPs for Data Center Change Control.

You will act as a technical liaison to address resiliency and availability risks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of server, storage, and network hardware.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Willing to work 24/7/365 on-site shifts.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validates cabling and ensures network environment connectivity.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment; mentors staff.
• Trains advanced fix and repair techniques aligned with SOPs/MOPs.
• Provides SME liaison to resolve resiliency, reliability, and availability risks.
