Job summary

Oracle is seeking an on-site data center technician in Phoenix to install, maintain, and decommission enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure. You will work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call responsibilities and routine handovers to the next team.

Emphasis on safety, documentation, and SLA adherence. Ideal candidates have hardware/Networking knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience with server/storage/network hardware concepts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data center hardware, cabling, and rack/stack operations.
• Follow SOPs, document activities, and handover reports.
• Provide on-call emergency support and shift handoffs.
• Utilize internal tooling (JIRA/Confluence) for ticketing and progress updates.
