Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 50-80 lbs.
• Available for after-hours and weekend on-call support.
• Must have HSPD-12 clearance and pass background/drug screen.
• Willing to travel with possible overnight stays.
• Able to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to identify problems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and work orders.
