Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to deliver 24x7x365 monitoring and support for client systems, data centers, and enterprise services.

You’ll serve as the central hub during outages, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to minimize downtime. The role requires strong technical knowledge of computer and network infrastructure, SAP application experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Experience with SAP applications and batch processing support.
• Ability to use complex test instruments and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for end-user support.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and support systems including hardware, software, CPU, file systems, and network infrastructure (firewalls).
• Restart and monitor backups and batch processing systems.
• Support SAP applications including SAP-CIS, SAP-FIS, SAP-HR, SAP-WMS, and SAP-AMI.
• Monitor telecom infrastructure and elevate issues as needed.
• Answer vendor and support calls and escalate to appropriate support teams.
• Provide after-hours support for the EIT support line and monitor data center environments.
• Document and expand issues to support teams and coordinate critical alerts.
• Prepare and distribute daily Morning Reports and weekly summaries.
