Qualifikationen

• Follow SOPs and site policies for all operations.
• Assist field personnel with real-time troubleshooting via Phone, E‑Mail, and Live-Chat.

• Provide Tier 0/1 Helpdesk support for multiple systems in the NOC.
• Provide Tier 2 support for Blue Force Tracker family of systems.
• Document all customer contacts and issue history in the ticketing system.
• Monitor network capabilities, diagnose issues, and create trouble tickets.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with diverse teams.
