Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to support, monitor, and maintain mission-critical telecommunications and network infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise, telecom, and operational technology networks that support essential transportation and communication services.
As a NOC Engineer, you will serve as a key member of a 24×7 Network Operations team responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical network infrastructure across enterprise and operational technology environments. The role involves proactive network monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, escalation handling, and service restoration activities. You will work with routers, switches, firewalls, microwave communication systems, and backhaul networks while collaborating with field engineers, carriers, vendors, and cybersecurity teams. The successful candidate will possess strong networking fundamentals, Linux administration skills, and experience supporting highly available telecom or enterprise infrastructures.
