Job summary

Corpay’s Network Operations Center Associate in Louisville, KY will monitor and support the corporate WAN/LAN, ensuring 24/7/365 data center uptime. You will work on-site in a structured shift, collaborating with IT support, engineering, and clients to rapidly identify and resolve incidents.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or technical certification, familiarity with Cisco equipment, and strong troubleshooting skills. Benefits include medical/dental, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree / Technical Certification in Computer Science or related field, or 1-2 years of network operations experience.
• Experience with Cisco equipment preferred.
• CCENT Cisco Certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Security-minded approach to network management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the general health of network infrastructure using SolarWinds.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues to maintain system uptime.
• Escalate technical problems to engineering when necessary.
• Interact with internal and external clients professionally to identify and resolve incidents.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system according to Incident Management Procedures.
