Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a NOC Technician for our technology operations client in Louisville, KY. You will support day-to-day network and infrastructure operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity and access control in a centralized environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3 years in network operations, strong IT experience, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of network operations experience.
• Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Passion for improving technology operations and customer experiences.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures while achieving consistency.
• Willingness to perform escalated or more complex work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware, software, systems and resources in a data center or centralized network environment.
• Follow guidelines and use independent judgment to analyze and resolve basic technical issues.
• Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security across the data center and infrastructure.
• Monitor, track, and record system performance and utilization to support reliability.
• Communicate highly technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel; recommend improvements.
• Overnight 12 hour shifts – 6am – 6pm.
