Job summary

Continental is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader for a 24/7 manufacturing facility in the United States. You will drive reliability, oversee maintenance execution, and steer preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to minimize downtime.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and capital projects, optimize parts and assets, and mentor a team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians, advancing safety and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and TPM/RCM.
• Experience managing large budgets and capital projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage change.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations for a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Drive improvements in uptime, availability, and plant reliability.
• Develop preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdowns and TPM initiatives.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets and capital improvement requests.
• Optimize spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, and asset management.
• Champion RCM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams on upgrades and installations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and long-term reliability.
