Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Maintenance And Engineering Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing maintenance and engineering team in a remote US-based role. You will drive reliability, uptime, and disciplined execution in collaboration with Operations and Engineering.
You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coach a high-performing team, and partner across functions to elevate plant performance while managing change in a growing manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with PLC-controlled systems and various industrial equipment.
- Proven success in improving reliability and maintenance performance.
- Experience leading maintenance transformation initiatives.
- Union manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance organization in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
- Improve asset reliability and equipment availability.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to enhance plant performance.
- Drive change initiatives and maintenance best practices.
- Develop and coach a high-performing maintenance team.
