Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering operations supporting a 24-hour manufacturing site. You will own capital projects, safety compliance, and asset reliability reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance management, 10+ years in industrial settings, a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements
• Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs
• Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget
• Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on
• Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function
