One Hope United is hiring a Living Room FT Crisis Specialist/Case Manager in Springfield, IL to deliver on-site crisis intervention, case management, and mental health services 24/7/365.

Under supervision, you will assess needs, coordinate care, and link clients to resources while maintaining Medicaid-compliant documentation. Join OHU to support adults in crisis and grow your career in a mission-driven agency.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA in a human service-related field.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in related field preferred.
• Other: Valid driver's license and OHU auto insurance coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis intervention and case management.
• Conduct crisis assessments and determine immediate needs.
• Coordinate linkage to levels of care including psychiatric resources and community services.
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation and client files.
• Assist in transportation and communication across care components.
