Job summary

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Lima facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department for a 24/7 operation. You will plan and execute preventive maintenance, supervise mechanics, and manage the R&M budget tied to pounds produced in the monthly P&L.

The role requires 5–7 years in mechanical/electrical maintenance, refrigeration and ammonia experience in food manufacturing, and strong leadership and safety focus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Refrigeration and ammonia experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, plan and adhere to scheduled work and supervise mechanics to maintain equipment and facilities in a 24/7 operation.
• Manage R&M budget and track spend against pounds produced on the monthly P&L.
• Plan, direct and manage all capital projects and provide timely updates to plant manager and director/engineer on progress and spend.
• Ensure all safety, SQF and food safety policies are followed and documented.
